Walmi is a manufacturer of tube sheet, baffle and flanges for boiler, heat exchanger, pressure vessel, super heater.  They are often made from a round, flattened forged disc with a few or thousands of drilling holes, the diameter of the holes are same with the outside diameter of the tubes which will be inserted into the tubesheet. The tube-hole pattern or pitch are relative to each other stainless steel tubesheet within the shell and change tubes distance, angle and flow direction to provide max turbulence and tube surface contact for maximum heat transfer effectiveness.

The main purpose of tube sheets, baffles and flanges are to fix and support tubes to make the tube bundles in the heat exchangers, which are widely used in pressures vessels, boilers, condensers and central air conditioning system.

• Forged stainless steel material conforms to ASTM A182/ASME SA182, including austenitic stainless steels F304/304L,F316/316L,F321,F347,F310S; duplex stainless steels S31803/S32205/S2205; super-duplex stainless steels F32507 / UNS S32750/S2507.
• Forged carbon steel material confirms to ASME SA105.
• Dimensions conform to customer drawing.
• NPT Threads conform to ASME B1.20.1
